rainbow, moon and sunset
I am in pune now and getting into real athletic routine. Early morning i am getting set for a workout climbing a small hillock nearby. It is pretty cold here and once you are climbing up, very soon the bright rays of the sun slanting and falling on you, rejuvenate you. I am multitasking; enjoying the scenery which is very much like a well maintained resort, keeping up a brisk pace, feeling the euphoria of inhaling ozone and all the time thanking my good luck in finding a place like this for a morning workout. Suddenly i see a burst of water sprouting , from a leaky tap. But it is coming out like a fountain. I stop by to enjoy the spray and i spot a rainbow! I rub my eyes and look again; yes it is vibgyor alright, all colours quite clearly visible, against the backdrop of the water sprout!
Yesterday evening, i had gone up to the terrace, inspecting the area as it were, and i witnessed the most beautiful sunset i have seen for a while. It was just going down a small mountain range nearby and slowly the heat of the evening is quickly replaced by a quick drop in temperature and as it slowly disappears, the chill in the atmosphere is quite discernable.
I am quite full of nature's bneauty, and i come out into the lawn in the night, just before checking, all the doors are secured for the night, and a very bright moon was coasting along above, and a clear sky was adding to its brilliance and the lawn was glistening in its cool rays.I call out for prashant, and he says, he has seen many such beautiful moonlit nights!
I tell him, there is no such thing as too much of nature's beauty; it is something we can enjoy more and more.
